Terms of service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

These terms govern access to and use of Joyeros App (the “Service”), operated by Upsky. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms and the Privacy policy.

The Service

Joyeros App is management software for jewelry stores: inventory, purchasing, sales, point of sale, customers, suppliers, employees, reporting, and related tools, including public precious-metal quoters.

We may improve, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when the change is material. Public tools are not financial or investment advice.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite to your business.

Business admins control roles and permissions. We may suspend accounts for security risk, fraud, or breach of these terms.

Plans and payment

We offer a free plan and paid plans (for example Pro and Max). Prices are shown on the site, typically in MXN plus VAT when applicable, and may change with prior notice.

Paid plans may include a trial. After the trial or when you subscribe, you authorize charges for the selected plan. If payment fails, we may limit paid features until the account is current.

Except where law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

Your data and content

You and your business retain ownership of the data you upload (inventory, customers, sales, images, and so on). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the Service.

You are responsible for having rights to content you upload and for complying with laws that apply to your business (including your customers’ data).

You may export or request deletion of data through product features and as described in the Privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You must not: use the Service unlawfully; attempt to breach security or others’ access; overload infrastructure; resell the Service without permission; or upload malware or illegal content.

The Service is not a substitute for accounting, tax, or legal advice. Metal valuations are market references, not guaranteed retail prices.

Intellectual property

Joyeros App, its brand, design, software, and documentation belong to Upsky or its licensors. Using the Service does not transfer ownership—only a limited right to use it while you comply with these terms.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability, but the Service is provided “as is” and may be interrupted for maintenance, vendor outages, or force majeure. Support level depends on your plan.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upsky and Joyeros App are not liable for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of—or inability to use—the Service.

Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim (or zero if you use the free plan).

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account closure. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if the Service is discontinued.

After termination, your right to use the Service ends. We retain or delete data per the Privacy policy and legal obligations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
