Jewelry inventory

Jewelry inventory software

Record every piece with its metal, karat and weight in grams. Always know what you have, where it is, what it cost you and what it's worth.

What's included

Inventory built for jewelry, not generic products.

  • Metal, karat and weight

Record gold, silver, platinum, palladium, diamonds and gemstones with their purity and weight in grams. Joyeros works out each piece's pure metal content.

  • Cost, price and margin

Keep the purchase cost, retail price and wholesale price. Each piece's margin is calculated for you.

  • SKU and barcode

Use your own internal code or let the system generate the SKU. Add a barcode to find the piece with a scanner.

  • Photos, categories and location

Upload several photos per piece and pick the main one. Organize by category, supplier and location, like a display case or the safe.

  • Stock levels and alerts

Set a minimum for each piece and get notified when stock drops. Filter the inventory to see only what needs restocking.

  • Stock movement history

Every purchase, sale, return and adjustment is logged with its reason and a note. You always know why a stock level changed.

Why a jewelry store needs its own inventory system

Generic inventory software counts units. A jewelry store needs more: two identical rings can weigh differently, and a chain's value depends on the gold it contains. Joyeros keeps the metal, purity and weight of every piece so your inventory reflects what you actually have.

Every piece has a status — available, reserved, sold or archived — and a complete history. When you archive a piece, its sales history is kept. And whenever you'd rather work in a spreadsheet, export your inventory to Excel or CSV.

Frequently asked questions

Can I import my inventory from Excel?

Yes. Download the Excel or CSV template, fill it in with your pieces and import it. You can create new pieces or update existing ones by SKU.

Which metals and materials can I track?

Gold, silver, platinum, palladium, diamonds, gemstones and other materials. For each piece you record its purity or karat and its weight in grams.

How do I know when to restock a piece?

Set a low-stock alert on each piece. Joyeros notifies you when the quantity reaches that number, and you can filter the inventory to show only those pieces.

Can I mark a piece as reserved?

Yes. Every piece has a status — available, reserved, sold or archived — so your team knows what can be sold.

What happens to the history if I stop selling a piece?

Archive it. It leaves the active inventory, its stock is set to zero and its sales history is kept.
