Pricing FAQ
Can I use Joyeros for free?
Yes. The free plan costs nothing and needs no card. It covers the essentials to track your inventory and sell at the counter, within the piece and user limits shown in the plans table.
How does the free trial work?
When you choose a paid plan you get 7 days to try all of its features. We ask for a card to start, but the first charge only comes when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
What payment methods do you accept?
You pay by card. Billing is recurring, monthly or yearly, and processed by Stripe, so your payment details never touch our servers.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices in US dollars are plus applicable taxes, and prices in Mexican pesos are plus VAT (IVA).
How much do I save paying yearly?
Paying for the whole year up front saves you up to 17% compared with paying month to month. Switch the table to “Yearly” to see each plan's price.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, anytime and without talking to anyone. From the billing portal you can upgrade or downgrade, switch between monthly and yearly billing, or cancel. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and your store then moves to the free plan.
Can I pay in US dollars or Mexican pesos?
Yes, pick the currency in the plans table. Once your subscription is billed in one currency it stays in that currency; to switch, cancel your subscription and subscribe again.
Can I see Joyeros before paying?
